Hot Night Cool Cause

The annual End of Summer Bash was a great party.  Held on Friday, August 21st at The MAC at College of DuPage, the Bridge Builders and friends raised over $25,000 to support the family programs and college scholarship fund for Bridge Communities.

The Bridge Builders Scholarship Silent Auction raised $15,000.  These funds will help support college tuition for formerly homeless teens as they pursue their college dreams.  Highlights from the auction included:

  • Medinah Golf Outing
  • Family Canoe Outing on Lake Ellyn with gourmet picnic
  • Tailgate Party
  • 100 Lottery Scratchers
  • Tickets to Broadway in Chicago with 4-Star Dining
  • A Night at the Drake Hotel with dinner at the luxurious Trump Hotel
  • Hot-air Balloon Ride for Two
  • Mom' Home Cooking - Delicious Homemade Meal Delivered to Your Home - For One Year!
  • Endless Car Wash - All You Can Wash for 12 Months
  • Two Tickets on Southwest Airlines

Congratulations to all the lucky winners.

If you did not make it to the party, you can still make a donation to help the Bridge Communities' families in transition to self sufficiency.
