Bridge Communities' Auto Donation Program helps client families get back on the road to self sufficiency.  Donated vehicles help client families have safe transportation to get to work and to transport their kids to school and child care. 48 cars were donated to Bridge client families last year.

"Connecting Homeless Families to a Better Future" features the Transitional Housing Program of Bridge Communities highlighting the relationship between Bridge Communities and community based Program Partners.  Client interviews provided a personal story about how the Transitional Housing program leads to successful outcomes of self sufficiency and permanent housing.
