Thanks to your support, Bridge Communities is evolving to meet our community's changing needs through innovative programming that improves the experiences of our client families.

     Intake & Housing

105 families provided with housing

111 adults and 205 children

62% of children were under the age of 12

86% identified as persons of color

34 new families entered the program


      Employment & Adult Education

51 clients received one-on-one employment counseling

18 attended "4 Weeks to Success: Getting Hired, Retained, and Promoted" workshops

45 secured full-time jobs

25 clients received educational coaching or support


 

      Children's Program

236 children and youth received home visits

31 received personal tutoring, totaling 291 hours

100% of exiting parents surveyed agreed their ability to advocate for their children improved


      Family Wellness

14 families participated in the Garden Works program

4 Peer Support Workshops with attendance ranging between 19-23 clients

94% of exiting families were satisfied with their emotional health
