On November 2nd more than 1,000 children, teens and adults will spend the night sleeping outside in tents, boxes, or cars or doubled up inside their homes without a bed to call their own, all to raise awareness about family homelessness and funds for Bridge Communities' Transitional Housing Program.
Your help is needed now more than ever. With your help, Bridge Communities will transition over 100 families to self-sufficiency by working with community partners to provide mentoring, housing, and supportive services. Please give to demonstrate your commitment to helping homeless families build a bridge to a brighter future!

I am so proud to be apart of this wonderful organization that helps families in our community that are facing homelessness. I am sleeping out to raise awareness of homelessness and raise funds to help our neighbors. Bridge's program helps to give families homes and hope for a better tomorrow. Hope you will join me in this important cause.
Sincerely, Kristin Short

“Working at Bridge, I see first hand the impact Bridge Communities makes in our community. I am Sleeping Out to help raise awareness of homelessness and the lack of affordable housing in DuPage County and to help raise funds to make a difference in families lives. Thank you for considering a donation to help provide housing and services for families facing homelessness.”
